This Privacy Policy explains how KOSIOR handles information for the Trip Timer mobile application. Trip Timer is a travel countdown and pre-arrival reminder utility for setting journey durations, choosing alerts, controlling active countdowns, saving frequent routes, and restarting recent timers.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Trip Timer mobile application and related public information services operated by KOSIOR. The application does not require registration, account creation, login, or authorization.
Trip Timer does not collect, log, store, sell, rent, or share personal information when you download and use the application. If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to enable network connectivity. This technical data is not retained or used for tracking.
Registration is not required. The website and the mobile application do not provide user accounts, login pages, member areas, profile dashboards, or protected user portals.
Trip Timer does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device. It is a timer and reminder utility, not a GPS tracker or navigation system.
Since Trip Timer does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties, sold to advertisers, or used for cross-app tracking.
If trip durations, 15 / 30 / 45 minute presets, custom hour and minute values, pre-arrival alert selections, active countdown states, pause states, +5 minute actions, finished trip records, saved routes, recent timer history, restart actions, or app settings are stored by the app, they remain local to the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Trip Timer is not a navigation app, GPS tracker, map routing tool, public transport schedule app, ride booking service, vehicle tracking system, emergency alert service, safety-critical reminder system, alarm clock replacement, or employee time tracker. It does not replace official travel information, traffic updates, transport operators, navigation apps, safety decisions, or personal judgment.
Trip Timer is designed as a simple personal journey countdown utility. Its normal operation does not require personal information, user identity, cloud accounts, contact lists, precise location, or advertising profiles.
Because Trip Timer does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use, KOSIOR does not retain personal data from the application on its servers.
Timer records, saved routes, recent timers, alert settings, and app preferences may exist locally on the user’s device. KOSIOR does not receive or retain those local records.
If you contact KOSIOR by email, any information you provide is kept only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
Since normal Trip Timer records are stored locally, you can remove the application from your device to delete local app data controlled by the app. You may also use device settings or in-app controls if available.
If you voluntarily contacted KOSIOR and want your message or related personal information deleted, contact support@kosior.ink.
Because no registration or personal data collection is required for normal use, uninstalling the application is the primary opt-out method.
Trip Timer is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. KOSIOR does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Because the application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal app use is minimal. No security system is completely secure, but KOSIOR applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may hold through voluntary contact.
KOSIOR may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date, and consent will be requested where required by law.
